Regional Human Capital Executive

The Role:

The Regional Human Capital is a strategic role that provides comprehensive support to the the local and regional offices, designs compensation and benefits programs and implements company policies. The ultimate goal is to ensure that a company builds and maintains a strong regional and local employer brand.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Establish HR as business partner to support organizational and business goals and be involved in:

  1. Talent Engagement
    – Creation of new initiatives and implementation for talent engagement
    – Build company culture and align our people with mission, vision, core values
  2. HR Processes
    – Support and improve HR processes and workflows
    – Leveraging on technology to upgrade HR functions
  3. Talent Acquisition
    – Provide support for local & regional recruitment including job postings, interview arrangements and job offers to candidates etc.

 

Technical Skills and Competencies

1. Active participation in understand the company business model, operations and HR processes.

2. To learn how to coordinate, communicate to employees across different department to cascade HR initiatives, policies professionally. Also to build a strong employer branding to attract and retain talents.

3. To gain experience in building HR corporate services framework and administrative, in-house platform and software.

REQUIREMENTS

1.Bachelor’s Degree in Business with Human Resources management/Psychology is preferred.

2.People oriented, ability in active listening, problem-solving and resolve issues in a timely manner.

3.Organized and meticulous.

4.Collaborative and independent.

5.Good communication and interpersonal skills.

6.IT savvy on social media and employer branding knowledge a plus.

7. Able to travel to get exposure to our regional offices.
