Position: Sales Executive – Food Industries
VIETNAM, HO CHI MINH
Department: Living Sciences (LS)
JOB DESCRIPTION
We are seeking ambitious and energetic executives to
help us expand our LS business: Food industries.
The goal is to drive sustainable financial growth by hunting
customers to promote Maha distribution products, boost sales, and forge strong
relationships with clients.
Responsibilities
- New market development for Food Industries includes food and functional food ingredients
- Accountable for identifying sales leads and
prospects of chemicals sales & distribution to the food manufacturing
industries. - Field market research in Vietnam.
- To meet the goals and KPIs set by the management,
with strategic planning. - Initiate cold-calling and prepare sales
materials, and creatively plan and execute sales activities. - Provide valuable technical service and advice to
customers. - Sales planning and ability to recognize
customer’s needs and requirements, and to increase the platform by expanding
customers and product base. - Analyze the market situation, competition, and
customers buying trends. - Ensure timely response to internal/external
customers’ inquiries, feedback, and comments. - Manage reports in sales, development, and
forecast. - Manage collection and customer accounts.
- Stock planning with the supply chain in inventory
management. - Build, strengthen, and optimize relationships
with customers and business partners. - Any ad-hoc duties as assigned
Qualifications
- 3-10 years experience in the food and functional food
ingredient sales. - Have experience in functional food, supplement
customers, and pharmaceutical customers - Have experience in a wide sector of the food
industry up stream. - Min degree holder in Chemistry or Bio-Science
with a good GPA. - Proficient in ENGLISH.
- Sales and Technical experience will be an
advantage. - Good sales and marketing skills are required.
- Dedicated team player with self-motivation,
independent, result-oriented, and able to work under pressure. - Ability to analyze, make decisions,s and take
appropriate actions for better results. - Proactive in learning and contributing to
organizational goals
